POSTAGE
All prints, decals and commission pet portraits are posted from South Australia via Australia Post.  

All framed and canvas artworks are dispatched direct from our professional framer in Melbourne using various freight companies.

All smaller prints are packaged and posted flat for protection and posted using a heavy duty mailing envelope.  All poster size prints and commission pet illustrations, square prints are rolled and posted using a postal mailing tube.  Where various size prints are purchased they will be rolled and packaged together using a postal mailing tube.  

All Pet Illustrations and Painting commissions will require "signature on delivery".

Prior to postage we take extreme care to ensure your prints, poster, framed and canvas artworks leave in perfect condition.

Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a postal tracking number where you can track via http://auspost.com.au/track/

Pick A Pear can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your package.

We also offer international shipping with all our prints.  Unfortunately at this stage we don't offer framed and canvas artworks to be shipped internationally.

Where there is duty or customs fees applicable, these will be the buyers responsibility.
